Services and bookmarks, separated

Services are tools with a monthly cost that count toward burn and appear on the Service Map. Bookmarks are links to social platforms, docs, and dashboards — they share your plan link limit with services but do not affect burn.

Edit what your plan allows

On the free tier after trial, one project stays fully active; others remain saved but locked until you upgrade. Locked services are visible but read-only — no swapping to work around limits.

Multiple businesses, one pattern

Create a project per SaaS app, agency client, or content brand. Each HQ follows the same layout so you always know where services, burn, and bookmarks live.
